PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS

MINOR KITCHEN REMODEL
Functional, but dated kitchen of 200 square feet with 30 linear feet of cabinetry and countertops, refinishing existing cabinets and install new energy efficient appliances including wall oven, and cooktop, laminate countertops, mid-priced sink and faucet, wall finishing and resilient flooring.

MIDRANGE KITCHEN REMODEL
Update and outmoded 200 square foot kitchen with design and installation of a functional layout of new cabinets, laminate countertops, standard double-tub stainless steel sink with stantard single lever faucet. Include energy efficient wall oven, cook top, ventilation system, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposer and custom lighting. Add new resilient floor. Finish with painted walls, trim and ceiling. Include 30 linear feet of semi-custom grade wook cabintets, including a 3' by 5' island.

MAJOR KITCHEN REMODEL (UPSCALE)
Update an outmoded 200 square foot kitchen with 30 linear feet of top-of-the-line custom cherry cabinets, stone countetops and imported ceramic tile backsplash. Include built-in refrigerator, 36 inch commercial grade range and vent hood, built-in warming drawer, trash compactor, built-in combination microwave & convection oven and dishwasher. Install high-end undermount sink with designer faucets, garbage disposer and built-in water filtration system. Add new general task lighting including low voltage under-cabinet lights. Install cork flooring, cherry trim and include a 3' by 5' island.

MID-RANGE BATHROOM REMODEL
Update an existing bathroom that is at least 25 years old. Replace all fixtures to include standard sized tub with ceramic tile surround; toilet; solid-surface vanity counter with integral double sink, recessed medicine cabinet, ceramic tile floor; vinyl wallpaper.

UPSCALE BATHROOM REMODEL
Expand an existing 5 foot by 7 foot bathroom to 9 by 9 foot within the existing house footprint. Add another window bringing the total glazing area to 30 square feet. Relocate and replace the tub with custom dual 4-by-6 foot shower with top-of-the-line fittings and full body wash shower wall, tile and glass block surround. Relocate the toilet into a partioned area and replace it with one-piece color unit. Add bidet. Add stone tops in custom vanity cabinet with twin designer sinks. Add linen/towel storage closet. Tile floor, papered walls, hardwood trim. Add gereral and spot lighting. Add humidistat-controlled exhaust fan.

FAMILY ROOM ADDITION
In a style and location appropriate to the existing house, add a 16-by-25-foot room on a crawl space foundation with vinyl siding and fiberglass shingle roof. Include drywall interior with batt insulation, prefinished hardwood floor and 180 square feet of glazing including windows, atrium-style doors and two operable skylights. Tie into existing heating and cooling.
